The Department of Mechanical Engineering was established in 2013. The department has made a fast progress since its establishment and it currently offers both undergraduate and graduate (Msc and Phd) programs with its highly qualified and experienced faculty. The principal study topics in the Mechanical Engineering program include Energy, Thermodynamics, Construction & Manufacturing, Mechanics, Machine Dynamics and Automotive. The department has a modern infrastructure for high-end teaching and research activities in its laboratories corresponding to principal study topics. The department offers courses to prepare the students to provide a solid background in Mechanical Engineering and to solve industrial problems.
