About the university
Istanbul Commerce University was founded in 2001 by Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Education and Social Services Foundation and has 6 faculties (Human and Social Sciences, Business, Law, Communication, Engineering, Architecture and Design), English Preparatory Department and 4 institutes Science, Science and Finance Institute) and research and application centers. Our university has started with 73 students and continues its educational life with 7 thousand students and more than 300 academicians. Our campuses, located in Sütlüce and Küçükyalı, one of the leading cities of Istanbul, one of the cultural capitals of the world, have the opportunity to conduct research on a global scale with culture and art activities as well as education parallel to scientific and technological developments. The existence of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce from the leading chambers of the world with 132 years of history plays a major role in the universal education that integrates the theories and practices of each student who chooses our university.
