Istanbul Rumeli University is a foundation university founded in Istanbul on April 23, 2015. To bring the scientists who need the society to the country; Knowledgeable, contemporary, equipped, experienced, helpful to collect, aiming to educate young researchers, to be a higher education institution and a center of excellence.
