Kafkas University

Kafkas University was founded on July 11, 1992 with the Law No. 3837. In November 1992, the University was founded with the Founding Rector and started its activities. At the time of its establishment, the university had a faculty transferred from Atatürk University and a single program with a vocational high school. Today, the University of Caucasus is located in a position to walk quickly, confidently, confidently and hopefully on its way to becoming a regional university. As of today, there are 11 Faculties, 3 Colleges, 9 Vocational Schools, 1 State Conservatory, 3 Institutes, A total of 45 academic units, including 18 Research Centers, have 872 faculty members and a capacity of approximately 20,000 students. Approximately 4,500 students are enrolled in our university each year, with the vast majority of students from outside the region enrolling. Having national and international experience and accumulation, Teaching and research activities and the number of students per faculty member. The investments of modern infrastructure and technical equipment required by higher education are being accelerated. Kafkas University shall base its activities on the basic principles and objectives of our Constitution and the Law on Higher Education. Therefore, the indivisible integrity of our country and Ataturk's principles and reforms are uncompromising advocates.
