About the university
First Technician in Gastronomy recognized by the Ministry of Education and Culture as a Non-University Tertiary Career. Our mission is to develop tertiary education in the area of gastronomy and hospitality. In this context, we seek to train professionals and technicians in the various areas of hospitality, to professionalize according to the highest quality standards those who develop, manage and provide services in the different and varied forms of Gastronomy and Hospitality. For that, we are the first tertiary training center in Gastronomy and Hospitality recognized in the country by the Ministry of Education and Culture.
