About the university
The Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages was founded on November 8, 1994. It is one of the largest institutions of Uzbekistan and Central Asia in the study of foreign languages. Currently, the Institute prepares highly qualified philologists, guides and interpreters. Cources are being prepared in the following languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Persian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese.
