Founded in 1996, Asian University of Bangladesh is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the metropolis of Dhanmondi (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants), Dhaka. Officially accredited/recognized by the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh, Asian University of Bangladesh (AUB) is a coeducational higher education institution. Asian University of Bangladesh (AUB) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study. This 21 years old H.E. institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. AUB also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, sport facilities and/or activities, financial aids and/or scholarships, as well as administrative services.
