The University is the first private university that was founded with the support of the line of Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport SBK / KSB, based on legal regulations, civilizational achievements and practices of the modern world of today, whose main goal is to be a generator of development of Central Bosnia Canton and the wider area through raising the quality of higher education to present in the Central region and across the country. The will of the founders who are investing their own capital in the material and intellectual values ​​had the courage to make decisions on the establishment of private universities, opened a new route and look at our society, the private form of establishing higher education institutions. The founders of the first private universities in the region, given the seal and historical value in the process of formation, development and improvement of private institutions of higher education in Central Bosnia Canton, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The University is an institution of higher education, which is a legal entity. It was first registered in 2007 and since then carries out its activities in accordance with the Decision of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport SBK / KSB number: 03-38-63 / 07 4. 7. 2007. Entered in the Register of higher education institutions SBK / KSB number 10, on page 00010 of the academic 2007/08. years. Meadow University (hereinafter University) performs the basic studies of the first cycle - undergraduate, the second level - master's and the third level - doctoral study. History of development of the University can be divided into two periods, namely: the period from inception to integration of the University and the period after the integration of the University.
