Zhejiang International Studies University (Zhejiang International Studies University) is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, is a by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government , to foreign language and literature, multi-disciplinary coordinated development of full-time ordinary institutions of higher learning. [1-2] Zhejiang Institute of Foreign Languages was founded in 1955 in Zhejiang Province (secondary school) teacher training school; in 1956 July, converted into Zhejiang Province Teachers Training Institute; in 1958, renamed the Zhejiang Institute of Culture and Education; March 1960, renamed Zhejiang Education College; in April 2010, upgraded to Zhejiang Foreign Languages Institute. [3] As of May 2017, Zhejiang Foreign Languages Institute has a total of three schools, small and mountain two campuses, covers an area of 645 acres, construction area of 230,000 square meters; built 11 colleges (ministry), opened 30 undergraduate majors, 6 Vocational college professional; a total of 391 full-time teachers, full-time students (including students) 7966 people.
