Chengdu Technological University

Chengdu Technological University (CDTU，中文：成都工业学院), was established in 1913, is a public full-time undergraduate University and is administrated by the Education Department of Sichuan Province. Currently, CDTU has been listed as the Application-oriented Constructing University of the Integration of Production and Education Project of China's 13th Five-year Plan. Being the President Unit of Sichuan Provincial Application-oriented University Alliance, CDTU is also the pilot university of "Sichuan Provincial Excellent Engineer Education and Training”, the experimental unit of "Sichuan Provincial Comprehensive Education Reform”, the test unit of "University Reform of Overall Transformation and Development " and the pilot university of "Sichuan Provincial Innovation Reform". Moreover, the university has set up the 8th provincial Science and Technology Park in Sichuan province. We have always insisted on the education mode of Integration of Production, Education, and Research and paid close attention to students’ ability of learning, practice and creativity. We have cooperated with Foxconn Technology Group to establish the Sichuan Cheng Gong Fu Chuang Technology Co., Ltd, which is a talent training base under Industry 4.0. After long time construction and development, CDTU has constantly guaranteed the high quality of students through rigorous academic attitude, stable education order and favorable educating environment. It has made prominent achievement on teaching reform of application-oriented talents education. Each year, our graduates are well received by the whole society. We have established long-term cooperation with industry partners, including Intel Products (Chengdu), Texas Instruments, Foxconn, Sichuan Jiuzhou Electrics Group, Yibin Wuliangye Wine Group, Maipu Communication Technology, BOE Technology Group, TCL, Gree Electronic Appliances, Molex Interconnect (Shanghai), Sunning Appliance, and many other well-known enterprises. During the past several years, the one-time employment rate of the graduates remains at above 95%, ranking among the best of the engineering universities in Sichuan.
