The university is one of the national 100 model higher professional institutes especially developed by the country. In year 2006, the institute has been evaluated as excellent in the assessment of specialist cultivation work among higher professional institutions, which was carried out by the Ministry of Education. In year 2010, the institute was awarded “national model higher professional institute”. The institute is located in Yanliang, Xi’an which is a national Aerospace Industry base, which enables the institute to have a perfect and practical study environment.
