About the university
Shanghai Youth Management Cadre College is the Communist Youth League Shanghai Municipal Committee directly under an independent set of adult colleges, to accept the municipal party committee and the city of the dual leadership. Its predecessor was established in 1951 in Shanghai, the school, in 1985 by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government approved the first in the country into the Youth Management Institute. In 2007, the Communist Youth League Shanghai Municipal Committee and Shanghai Normal University signed a joint "Shanghai Normal University Youth College". October 2013, the Shanghai Municipal Committee approved the resumption of college added "Shanghai Mission School" brand. The college has both higher education and team cadre training function, which promotes the integration of the resources of the Communist Youth League organization and the resources of higher education, and explores a new path for the mission of colleges and universities.
