The Department of Business is in a formation that can respond to the needs of the contemporary world which is constantly developing and changing, with its operations and relations. PhD program for Business which has taken the idea that organizations which consist of qualified people (the ones who can describe the correct work, and who are able to ensure the correct operation of the work or/and can do the work correctly) , who have the qualities of holistic thinking, who can establish good human relations, who are entrepreneurial, creative, innovative managers, will be effective in today’s world and the idea that countries with such organizations will be effective in the contemporary world, as a point of origin, has taken the necessities of these ideas as a task with the help of; Expert, dynamic, academicians who are in a search of continual improvement and renewal, who are inclined to cooperate with their partners and students, integrated with their country, institution and students, Students who aim to produce while learning and learn while producing; who prepared themselves to shape the 21st century and who are aware that future life will be shaped by themselves and their own efforts; and who are actively involved in organizing academic researches as well as social and cultural activities with each other and with graduates; A clear and flexible educational program that is prepared with an arrangement and content that can constantly renew and improve itself. PhD program consists of 7 courses, a PhD qualification exam after the completion of the courses, a seminar and a thesis.
