About the university
The Association, subject to the powers of the Supervisory Board, is administered by a Management Board composed of 5 members for a three-year term: two representatives of the CCI, Rémi de Badts, Chairman of the Management Board and Pierre-Jean Baudey; A representative of the ESSEC Alumni Association, Jean-Luc Decornoy and two qualified personalities, appointed by the founding members of the General Assembly (the founding members are the Catholic Institute of Paris, the CCIV today CCIP and The association of graduates of the ESSEC group): Annick Schwebig and M. Arkwright. The members of the Executive Board are appointed for three years. Their mandate is renewable. The members are appointed by the general assembly on presentation of the competent bodies.
