Established in 2008, Georgian International University - GIU (former name Guram Tavartkiladze Tbilisi Teaching University) has two main educational structural units (Schools): 1. THE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS AND SOCIAL SCIENCES 2. THE SCHOOL OF LAW Business Administration Bachelor Program (English Sector): The program is designed to give students advanced knowledge in order to take on leadership positions in the Business sphere. Faculty members are working professionals whose first-hand information and experience will help students to quickly adapt and succeed in the Business world. The program is also aimed to prepare students to pursue graduate studies. Tourism Bachelor Program (English Sector): The program is designed to give students broad theoretical knowledge and practical skills based on modern international and national scientific achievements in the field of Tourism. The students will gain knowledge about the management and sectoral structure of the Tourism industry, the mechanism for the formation of consumer values in the Tourism market, the current situation and sustainable development trends/perspectives of the Tourism industry. The program is also aimed to prepare students to pursue graduate studies.
