No past business experience, but you'd want to improve your leadership potential? You can develop your specialized business skills with IU's one-year master's in management programme, which will help you be ready for your future role as a manager. If you are lacking ECTS credits from your previous studies, you can demonstrate professional work experience for your online degree instead. Professional Experience: For this 60-ECTS master programme, you will need to have achieved one year of professional work experience before starting your studies.
