This institution was established in the academic year 1983-84 and recognised as one of the best polytechnic in the state. "Study, Spirituality and Service" is the Motto of this polytechnic. The college mission is to provide quality Engineers with a mind of service and spirituality to form a society of Engineering excellence for up-building the technological fronts and economy of the Nation with emphasis to downtrodden and rural society.
