About the university
The Kazakh State Law Institute of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan was established in 1994. Currently, KAZGUU has 12 departments, 5 research institutes, in which 610 teachers work, including 47 doctors of science and professors, 158 candidates of science and associate professors, 51 master's degrees. Students are trained at 5 faculties: business law, humanitarian and social, economics and business, international law and law enforcement. On June 30, 2016, the programs of the Higher School of Economics "Bachelor of Finance" and "Bachelor of Accounting and Audit" are accredited by ACCA. This Association is recognized and respected in 170 countries. The availability of ACCA qualifications helps financial professionals in building a successful career in any field. In addition to educational activities, the KAZGYU University takes part in many international olympiads, intercollegiate competitions in various sports, there are also a large number of clubs in the university, a debating club, a poetry club, a student council, a music club, a student fitness club.
