About the university
The founding of Hotel Technology in 1977 by Don Armando Anaya laid the foundations of what is now the Higher School of Gastronomy. His son Arturo Anaya had the vision to achieve recognition as "The First Gastronomic University of Latin America", thanks to the incorporation of his Curriculum to the Secretariat of Public Education in 1992.
