The Master's in Strategic Management of Personal Talent - MTalent is geared towards addressing needs in the fields of management and personal development in organisations in any sector and offers a distinctive experience through the Life Cycle development of a person in an organisation. The programme is directed towards developing highly qualified professionals who want to work with and for people in diverse organisational contexts beginning with individual development and with awareness of the impact of personal and organisational actions on society. The general goal is to provide the skills needed to design, implement and manage strategic personal development projects in companies and organisations that foster competitiveness.
