About the university
The Higher Institute of Business Administration (HIBA) was established by decree no. /40/ dated 23/06/2001, and considered the first governmental university specialized in business administration. The institute is a scientific legitimate body, financially independent, related directly to the Minister of Higher Education, and located in Damascus. The Institute aims to develop human resources, qualify undergraduates and bachelor's degree holders of all specialties in the fields of business administration sciences on different levels, in all sectors.
