About the university
The Higher Institute of Education and Continuing Education is the only institution attached to the UVT. Created by Law 82-91 of 31 December 1983 and governed by Decree No. 84-308 of 21 March 1984, amended by Decree No. 92-629 of 23 March 1992. The mission of the ISEFC is to organize a number of educational activities for teachers and professionals of the Ministry of Education.
