The Higher Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology of Sousse or ISSATSO is a scientific institution belonging to the University of Sousse (Tunisia). It is created pursuant to the provisions of Decree No. 1385-2001 of 7 June 2001. The institute opens its doors in the premises reserved for the Preparatory Institute for Engineering Studies and in this framework the contents of the library and the scientific equipment acquired during the three years of the life of the preparatory institute are exploited .
