About the university
Located on the green hill of Sidi Dhrif, the Institute of Higher Studies of Sidi Dhrif opened its doors on October 25, 1976, under the name of the Superior Institute of Hotel and Tourism of Sidi Dhrif and under the tutelage of The Tunisian National Tourist Office, To accommodate 320 students from all the Tunisian territory and certain foreign countries. Pursuant to Decree Law No. 2005-2325 of 22 August 2005 establishing a higher education and research institute, the Institute of Higher Studies of Sidi Dhrif, Now under the dual supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Tourism.
