The main purpose of the Master's Program with Thesis is to ensure that candidates follow the developments in their fields after undergraduate education and specialize in areas related to business. The content of the program consists of theoretical and practical courses. With the theoretical courses, the candidates learn the classical and modern approaches comprehensively and see the applicability of this information in business life through case studies. Students learn in-depth the qualifications of scientific research, thesis writing, data collection, and analysis methods through practical courses. The program aims to provide candidates with a critical perspective and make strategic decisions in managerial problems. Students choose courses from a rich elective courses pool in the first two semesters, also, they take compulsory Scientific Research Methods and Seminar courses.
