The main stages of the formation of the Kharkov Institute of Business and Management: 1992 Founding of the Kharkov Institute of Business and Management. 1996 The Institute receives international accreditation, which allows graduates to graduate diplomas of international standard. 1998 Accreditation of the Institute, its graduates receive state-recognized diplomas. 1999 The Institute becomes a permanent partner of the Consortium for the Development of Business Education in Ukraine. 2001 The Kharkov Local Committee of the International Association of Students and Young Professionals started its activity in Kharkov Institute of Business and Management. 2002 The Institute was awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. 2004 Institute of Business and Management laureate of the International Academic Ranking "Golden Fortune". 2005 Institute of Business and Management winner of the International rating "Sofia Kiev". 2008 The Institute of Business and Management for the third time successfully passes licensing and accreditation in all specialties. In 2010 the Institute received the "BUSINESS STAR" medal with the corresponding certificate of the leader of the Ukrainian economy. League of the best, International economic rating. 2013 The Institute of Business and Management successfully passes licensing and accreditation in all specialties until 2018.
