About the university
Kharkov Institute of Personnel Management dates back to March 27, 1958, when the order of the Ministry of Construction of the Ukrainian SSR for the purpose of training, retraining and advanced training of workers, foremen, specialists (engineers) and senior staff for building and assembly complex and industrial enterprises of Ukraine established a specialized institution. In 1994 on the basis of specialized schools was formed Educational Research and Production Center "Ukrtehprohres" Center "Ukrtehprohres"), which led educational activities of training, retraining and skills development. 2001 Center "Ukrtehprohres" was reorganized into the Higher Educational Institution "Educational Research and Production Center" Ukrtehprohres ", which included continued educational traditions Kharkov Institute of Personnel Management, making training.
