Kendall College at National Louis University! We are ranked as NO.1 Chicago program for Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. Program director Leigh Uhlir is a Kendall graduate who has led server training at a five-star restaurant and café at the Four Seasons in Chicago, among many other industry accomplishments. Our faculty guide students in small-sized classes with plenty of one-on-one attention.
