Completion of this program prepares the student for employment as an electronics technician. Upon completion of this program, students will: • Apply principles of electronics and electronic devices, linear circuits, and electronic communications. • Safely and effectively use a variety of equipment to diagnose, analyze, and build or repair electronics systems. • Provides the student with knowledge of digital circuits and microprocessors. Students who would like to earn an associate degree and transfer to a university bachelor program can achieve this goal with early educational planning. However, earning an associate degree is not required to transfer. This program is also offered as a short-term certificate program in the following: *Electronics: Communications Certificate of Achievement *Electronics: Analog Certificate of Achievement *Electronics: Digital Certificate of Achievement
