Officially accredited/recognized by the Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche Scientifique, Burundi (Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Burundi), Université du Burundi (UB) is a large (enrollment range: 10,000-14,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Université du Burundi (UB) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. UB also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
