The relevance of this scientific direction is due to the need to improve work efficiency in the priority areas for the innovative economy of scientific fields of technical and economic branches of science: • system analysis, management and information processing; • automation and control of technological processes and production (in industry); • Economics and national economy management. Priority scientific and practical research areas: • phenomenological and mathematical models of control and information processing systems in the class of dynamic continuous, discrete systems or queuing systems; • systematic analysis of management effectiveness according to the selected scalar or vector efficiency criterion; • analytical design, management optimization according to the selected efficiency criterion; • modeling of control systems for technical facilities, ergodic and socio-economic systems, information systems. Features of master's training in this profile: • the use of systemic performance criteria in the formulations of research objectives, problem statements and analysis of the results obtained (for example, the degree of achievement of functional capabilities, stability and sustainable development, quality, optimality, adaptability, self-organization, robustness, survivability, tolerance, noise immunity, maintainability, competitiveness, vitality , economic indicators, civilizational values, synergies, etc.); • application of the cybernetic methodology to the management of technical and organizational (socio-economic) objects, based on the process, system, situational and behavioral approaches to the implementation of the main management functions: planning, organization, motivation, control. Priority areas of management research in technical systems: • control of high-precision power positioning and tracking systems with program and coordinate control; • control of coordinate tracking systems in the direction, speed and range of an object with radar and optoelectronic sensors; • assessment of noise immunity of tracking coordinate systems with analysis of the modes of “stall” and “capture” of an object for auto tracking; • management of industrial automation systems. Priority areas of research for organizational and economic management systems: • the formation of dynamic models of organizational and resource management; • methods for analyzing the effectiveness of resource management; • optimization of resource management; • methods of analysis of the effectiveness of crisis management, etc.
