About the university
The educational institution was founded on March 15, 1930 as the Higher School of Trade Union Movement. This event is the beginning of the higher trade union education in Belarus and the history of the university. In February 1992, the International Labor and Social Relations Institute was established by the decision of the Presidium of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus. On June 30, 2011, the International Institute of Labor and Social Relations was renamed the International University "MITSO". International University "MITSO" is the founder of the international legal Olympiad "Youth for Peace".
