About the university
Established in 2007, Mean Chey University is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the large town of Sisophon (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Banteay Meanchey. Officially accredited/recognized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, Cambodia, Mean Chey University (MCU) is a coeducational higher education institution. Mean Chey University (MCU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees in several areas of study. MCU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
