The quality of training depends on self-learning and general learning and tasks. Staff development is very important for the NIE to monitor the current state of sustainable March development.In the teacher across the border, an expert from the US, Professor Mill Kelly, came to hold a seminar at the NIE, which provide useful modern knowledge regarding the use of ICT in teaching and learning. The workshop provides the topic of using the blog to assist in teaching and learning among teachers and students, where the participants during the workshop include INE-ed from NIE, some trainee teachers from NIE, and those from PSRC too. , Knowledge from the workshop will allow participan-TS to make your own blog and take new knowledge with the help of a blog to help in their training, especially in the average of e-learning and distance learning. With the help of the teacher, the blog can store many sites and sources of useful documents, including video and photos as a documentary for students searching and to refer to during their course. In addition, the teacher can post homework or assignments for students to do at any time and anywhere.The environment of the seminar was smoothly con- tained and successfully reached the goal, but the Internet service was rather slow, the participants of which did not have time to practice during Seminar. Nevertheless, they had enough time to practice in the afternoon and evening in the Internet café instead.
