Established in 1989, Université Catholique de l'Afrique Centrale (Catholic University of Central Africa) is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the large city Yaoundé (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Central Region. Officially accredited/recognized by the Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur, Cameroun (Ministry of Higher Education, Cameroon), Université Catholique de l'Afrique Centrale (UCAC) is a very small (enrollment range: 1,000-1,999 students) coeducational higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Catholic religion. Université Catholique de l'Afrique Centrale (UCAC) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. UCAC also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
