About the university
The School of Hotel and Cape Verde Tourism, Corporate Public Entity, EHTCV, EPE - is a public vocational training center of national reference and excellence by international training parameters for the sector, whose mission is to educate / train professionals specialized as real "agents of Change "in the field of Hospitality Catering and Tourism. The tourism sector has enjoyed a boom in Cape Verde and the Government, based on its socio-economic development policy, has made major investments in the sector, which is the main source of employment opportunities, especially for young people. The EHTCV emerges to fill the gaps in the Cape Verdean tourism market, which lacks labor-skilled workers and contributes to the qualitative improvement of tourism in the country.
