About the university
Fachhochschulen in Germany do not have a right to apply for a doctorate, but can offer doctoral programs in cooperation with universities. We are doing this together with our long-standing international partner, Newcastle Business School, offering a range of postgraduate programs, DBA (Doctor of Business Administration), DBL (Doctor of Business Leadership) and PhD. All programs can be used in part or full time. In the two to five years, you will focus on the doctoral thesis. You will be accompanied by methodological modules (eg Research Methods, Academic Writing, Academic Ethics) and doctoral seminars. The doctoral theses in this program are written in English and accompanied by a supervisor of the accadis Hochschule and the Newcastle Business School. They conclude with one of the above-mentioned English titles, which entitle the doctor in Germany to carry the doctor's degree. Research topics are preferably adopted in sports management, social media / internet marketing or business ethics.
