About the university
ACT is the tertiary division of Anatolia, a private not-for-profit educational institution founded in 1886. ACT has been a bridge connecting America to Greece and South East Europe. It is one of the few institutions outside the United States with full, free-standing U.S. accreditation by the NEASC, and EU validation of its undergraduate programs. At ACT, we have created a dynamic, innovative, and demographically diverse learning community that prioritizes critical inquiry, intellectual development, and breadth and depth of knowledge. At ACT, students are empowered to learn and think differently, interact with the world differently, and become catalysts for change. Our faculty is dedicated to teaching and research, and together with our staff, takes great pride in the accomplishments of our students.
