About the university
It was on September 17, 1961 that the Institute of Higher Trade and Economic Studies (IHECE) was founded, which eight years later was to be recognized as a public utility by a presidential decree dated October 22, 1969. For more than four decades, IHECE has been working on executive training. He now makes available to the community graduates in economics, accounting or administrative sciences.
