About the university
1988 Creation of INUKA University by Anténor Gabaud, then professor at the State University of Haiti at the master's level. 1989 Recruitment of the first student promotion. 1991 INUKA University is a member of the International Association of University Teaching (AIPU), based in Canada. 1992 Official recognition of INUKA University by the Rector of the State University of Haiti. 1993 First trip of students from INUKA University to Canada to participate in a seminar on the methodology of research organized by Université Laval (Québec). 1995 First trip of the students of INUKA University in France to participate in a seminar on the creation of SMEs organized by the University of Bordeaux. 1995 INUKA-NEWS. 1996-2001 Organization of six training trips in France on finance, promotion and management. 1996 Creation of a research and development laboratory in which the Experimental Program for Local Economic Development (PEDEL) is designed and implemented.
