Universitas Islam Nusantara (UNINUS) was established on 30 November 1959 . When his birth was called the University of Nahdlatul Ulama (UNNU). Its presence on this beloved Earth archipelago is a form of ideals of the scholars who are gathered in the Great Family of Sunnah Experts Waljamaah and Muslims generally. Uninus is a mandate of the ideals of the scholars as well as proof of role and to realize the ideals of the Proclamation of Independence of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution towards the achievement of a just and prosperous society which is belief Allah Subhanahuwata'ala.
