About the university
Dumoga University Kotamobagu was established by Kotamobagu University Foundation with Urip Manoppo Notarial Deed No. 6 dated March 11, 1987. Beginning its operation with the provisional approval of the coordinator of Kopertis Region IX Sulawesi, Maluku and Irian Jaya through Decision No. 588 of 1987 dated 8 September 1987. Two years later the university became a registered status through the decision of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 0482/0/1989 dated August 2, 1989.
