About the university
STKIP BBG was established on September 5, 2003, based on the Decree of Directorate General of Higher Education No. 138 / D / 0/2003, signed by the Director General of Higher Education Satryo Soemantri Brojonegoro. At the beginning of the establishment of high school in 2003, the study program held there are 3 S-1 Language Education, Indonesian and Regional Literature, D-II Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) and D-II Teacher Education Kindergarten (PGTK). In 2008, there were 3 new study programs organized by STKIP BBG namely, S-1 Physical Education, Health and Recreation, S-1 Mathematics Education and S-1 English Education. In 2009 there was 1 new study program which was held namely S-1 of Early Childhood Education Teacher Education (PG-PAUD). And at the end of 2009 (in this case the legality of the operational decree) started in 2010 held S-1 Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD).
