About the university
The College of Jerusalem was established in 1964 as a teacher training college by Rabbi Dr. Yehuda Kuperman, with the aim of creating a first academic institution in 1976. In 1976, Recognition from the Council for Higher Education as an academic Torah teacher training institution, the first of its kind in the State of Israel. Since then Jerusalem College has served as the flagship of the colleges in terms of the academic achievements of its students and their religious and religious level.
