About the university
The Higher National School of Statistics and Applied Economy has been a public institution of higher education in the Ivory Coast with a civil personality and financial autonomy. Its vocation is the training of statisticians for French-speaking countries. Depending on the level of recruitment and the career envisaged at the exit, the training is delivered through five distinct paths: Statistical Engineers (ISE), Statistical Engineers (ITS); Statistical Technical Assistants (AD), Technical Officers of Statistics (TA), Diploma of Advanced Studies in Statistical Analysis Applied to Development (DESS - ASAD). To meet the needs of public and private administrations, the School organizes retraining and refresher courses. Since 1994 , the school was under the direction of Koffi N'Guessan, until 2015, when it was replaced by Kouadio Hughes (his right arm).
