About the university
The National Pedagogical Institute for Technical and Vocational Education ( IPNETP ) is a National Public Education Institution of an administrative nature created by Law No. 75-939 of 26 December 1975 and reorganized by Decree No. 2001-715 of 16 November 2001 determining the responsibilities, organization and functioning of IPNETP. The IPNETP is a Higher Technical Education institution and placed under the administrative supervision Research of the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training and the financial supervision of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
