Established in 1886, Kansai University is a private higher education institution located in the the suburban setting of the small city Suita (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Osaka. Officially accredited/recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Japan, Kansai University is a very large (enrollment range: 30,000-34,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Kansai University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. Kansai University has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations. The admission rate range is 20-30% making this Japanese higher education organization a very selective institution.
