The Department of Hospitality, Tourism, and Foodservice Management produces highly skilled professionals by teaching students problem-solving techniques, application of theory, and effective decision-making skills. The department especially emphasizes a variety of practices and procedures for the effective management of hotels, airlines, travel agencies, restaurants, Convention Centers, theme parks, and other organizations in hospitality and tourism sectors.
