About the university
Soongsil University (Soongsil University) was founded in 1897 and is Korea's first modern university. In 1938, there was a campus in Pyongyang until the closed campus, but after the division , the campus was established in Seoul . Currently, the campus is located at 369 Sangdo Road , Dongjak - gu, Seoul (551 Sangdo-dong). SSU is used in English abbreviation .
