About the university
Today KIT is evaluated as one of the best among 138 junior colleges in the nation in all areas, including the employment rate of the graduates, industrial-academic cooperation, educational service, and substantial quality of education. Of these, KIT particularly places emphasis upon industrial-academic cooperation which is the most important element for education in junior colleges that focus on vocational training. By focusing on industrial-academic cooperation based education, KIT has produced some 100,000 graduates who are playing pivotal roles in our community. The educational results and traditions of the last years will serve as a foundation for the future of KIT.
